GİZLİLİK SÖZLEŞMESİ

Burada belirtilen gizlilik politikası ve kullanım koşulları; Cifliq'in Google Play Store ve IOS App Store'da yayınlanan bütün mobil uygulamaları için geçerlidir. Bu uygulamaları mobil cihazınıza yükleyerek, bu metinde yer alan gizlilik politikasını ve kullanım koşullarını kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Bu koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız bu uygulamaları mobil cihazınıza yüklemeyiniz.
 
Uygulamalarımızda, Girilen Veriler şifreli sunucularda sadece sizlerin görebileceği şekilde depolanır ve 3. şahıs yada kurumlar ile paylaşılmaz.​İnternet Kullanım İzinleri,Uygulamımızdan Verilerin Şifreli sunuculara gönderilebilmesi için gerekli olan izindir ve kullanıcıların bunu tanımlaması gerekir. bu izinler telefonunuzdan isteğiniz dışında bir bilgiyi transfer etmek için kullanılmaz. Verilen internet erişim izni sadece uygulama içersinde dolduracağınız formlara ait veri transferi için kullanılmaktadır.​
 
Uygulamalarımız, size ait herhangi bir kişisel bilgiyi toplamaz ve sizden bu yönde bir talepte bulunmaz.Cifliq, kaliteli ve yararlı uygulamalar yayınlamak için her zaman gereken özeni ve duyarlılığı gösterecektir. Buna rağmen, uygulamalarımızda yer alan içeriklerin beklentilerinizi karşılayacağı, size yararlı olacağı veya kesin doğru bilgiler içereceğine dair hiçbir taahhütte bulunmamaktayız. Uygulamaları olduğu gibi sunmaktayız. Bu sebeple, uygulamalarımızdan kaynaklı yaşanacak herhangi bir olumsuz durum için Cifliq sorumlu tutamayacağınızı kabul etmektesiniz.

Bu uygulamalarda, üçüncü taraflara ait reklamlar ve linkler yer alabilir. Bu üçüncü taraflara ait reklamların ve linklerin niteliğinden, içeriğinden, güvenliğinden veya bunlardan kaynaklı oluşabilecek zararlardan Cifliq'i sorumlu tutamayacağınızı kabul etmektesiniz. Google tarafından yayınlanan reklamlara ilişkin ayarlarınızı nasıl düzenleyeceğinizi, reklam ayarları sayfasından öğrenebilirsiniz.​
 
Bu uygulamalarda yer alan sesli, yazılı ve görsel öğelerden ve yazılımlardan oluşan bütün içeriğe ilişkin her türlü telif hakkı Cifliq'e aittir. Herhangi bir uygulamamızı veya bu uygulamaların telif haklarıyla korunan içeriğini; kopyalama, çoğaltma, yeniden yayımlama, parçalarına ayırma, tekrar kamuya sunma vb. eylemlerde bulunmayacağınızı kabul etmektesiniz.​

CIFLIQ PRIVACY AGREEMENT

The privacy policy and terms of use stated here apply to all mobile applications of Cifliq published on Google Play Store and iOS App Store. By installing these applications on your mobile device, you are deemed to have accepted the privacy policy and terms of use contained in this text. If you do not accept these terms, please do not install these applications on your mobile device.

In our applications, the data you enter is stored on encrypted servers in a way that only you can access, and it is not shared with third parties or institutions. Internet Usage Permissions are necessary for sending data from our application to encrypted servers, and users must grant these permissions. These permissions are not used to transfer any information from your phone without your consent. The internet access permission granted is used solely for the transfer of data related to the forms you fill in within the application.

Our applications do not collect any personal information about you and will not request such information. Cifliq will always show the necessary care and sensitivity to publish high-quality and useful applications. However, we do not make any commitment that the content in our applications will meet your expectations, be beneficial to you, or contain completely accurate information. We provide the applications "as is". For this reason, you agree that you cannot hold Cifliq responsible for any negative situation arising from our applications.

Cifliq makes every reasonable effort to take all possible precautions regarding the security of these applications and fulfills its obligations under the Google Play Developer Program Policies agreement. Nevertheless, the internet and digital environments are not completely secure spaces. Therefore, we do not guarantee that we can provide you with a 100% secure service.

Our applications are available only on the Google Play Store and iOS App Store. If these applications appear in any other Android or iOS store without our knowledge, Cifliq cannot be held responsible for any downloads made from there.

These applications may contain third-party advertisements and links. You agree that Cifliq cannot be held responsible for the nature, content, or security of such third-party advertisements and links, or for any damages that may arise from them. You can learn how to adjust your settings for Google-published ads from the Google Ads settings page.

All copyright related to the entire content of these applications — including audio, written, and visual elements and software — belongs to Cifliq. You agree not to copy, reproduce, republish, disassemble, or re-present to the public any of our applications or the copyrighted content of these applications.

ACUERDO DE PRIVACIDAD DE CIFLIQ

La política de privacidad y las condiciones de uso establecidas aquí se aplican a todas las aplicaciones móviles de Cifliq publicadas en Google Play Store y App Store de iOS. Al instalar estas aplicaciones en su dispositivo móvil, se considerará que ha aceptado la política de privacidad y las condiciones de uso contenidas en este documento.
